Programs and Classes: Stars Studio is pleased to offer a variety of classes for both children and adults in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, contemporary, Hip-Hop, and Pointe. 3/4 year olds - Core classes:
A 45 minute class combining fundamentals of ballet and tap, as well as incorporated creative movement.
5-7 year olds - Core classes:
An hour class of beginner ballet and tap technique. Optional 1/2 hour jazz class begins at age 7.
8-11 year olds - Core classes:
1 1/2 hour class consisting of ballet, tap, and jazz. We offer both beginning and intermediate classes for this age group.
12-14 year olds - Core classes:
1 1/2 hour classes of beginner, intermediate, and advanced ballet, tap, and jazz technique.
15 and up - Core classes:
Beginner, intermediate, and advanced ballet, tap, and jazz.
Lyrical:
Expressing emotions through movement, lyrical dance blends ballet and jazz movements with choreography.
Hip-Hop:
A dance style associated with street-dance incorporating breaking, popping and locking.
